Benjamin E. Wick will be giving a virtual presentation on November 21, 2024 titled Tips and Tricks for Challenging Disciplinary and Performance Actions Issued to Employees. The seminar will cover employee rights to challenge proposed and effectuated disciplinary actions, including those based on performance or conduct. It will also provide an overview of the available rights and strategies for addressing disciplinary actions issued to public and private employees. This presentation is being offered by the Colorado Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section.
