Since its inception in 2014, members of the Reasonable Accommodation Training Group have provided trainings to the Colorado Bar Association, disability rights advocates, and the federal government. The website highlights the importance of proper training for employers and employees on discrimination and reasonable accommodation issues. The Reasonable Accommodation Training Group will be offering two free one-hour trainings in February and March.
